Air-conditioning unit, Rooftop type

SMARTPACK3 (CKN-iM Series) is the new Clivet series of high-efficiency packaged Rooftop air conditioners featuring Full Inverter technology.

Whether you design or manage medium-attendance commercial spaces (such as individual shops, outlet villages, showrooms, or production areas) this series enables you to maintain consistent thermo-hygrometric comfort year-round. The units adapt precisely to the building's actual requirements, delivering concrete operational energy efficiency.

Why choose SMARTPACK3?

F-Gas compliance

The use of R454C refrigerant (GWP = 148) reduces the refrigerant's global warming potential impact (tCO2eq) by up to 95% compared to the previous generation using R410A. The series meets the requirements of the F-GAS regulation (Reg. (EU) 2024/573), which will come into effect on 1st January 2027 for packaged units up to 50 kW.

Patented REVO thermodynamic recovery

The CCK-REVO version integrates the REVO thermodynamic recovery system on the exhaust air. This patented solution increases cooling and heating capacity without the addition of dedicated refrigerant circuits and minimizing the impact on ventilation power consumption.

Full Inverter technology

The combined action of Inverter compressors and EC brushless fans allows the units to precisely match thermal loads. This avoids continuous on/off cycles, achieving excellent seasonal performance (+30% and +16%) compared to the ErP directive minimums.

Technological consistency and digital control

The series shares the latest innovations of the Clivet platform: options and accessories have been expanded and standardised with the rest of the Rooftop lineup, including remote Cloud control via the CLIVET EYE app and full integration with the INTELLIAIR plant supervision system.

Retrofit compatibility

The series is designed to ensure installation continuity with the previous CKN-XHE2i generation. The airflow configuration and compact dimensions facilitate the rapid replacement of units in existing systems. The operating range has been extended down to -20°C in heating, with a maximum airflow of up to 12,000 m3/h
